Returns/Exchange
Only Exchange, No Refund & Return Policy
Your product is eligible for exchange under the following circumstances:
- You have received an incorrect product.
- The product has any damage or manufacturing defect. Since all of our garments are gone through quality check before despatch, we would need unboxing video to validate the defect.
- Only unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged items with all labels and tags intact in their original packaging are eligible for exchange. Products that have been washed or worn will not be accepted.
If eligible, you will have to notify us about exchange within 48 hours from the time of delivery via email: shop@littleleher.com
Products purchased on sale/discount cannot be exchanged.
Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed and confirmed by us, it cannot be cancelled.
However Little Leher, has the right to cancel an order at any given point, in which case a refund will be issued to the customer.
The refund will reflect in your bank account in a certain number of days depending on the geographical location.
Products purchased under promotions or sale or bought using any coupon code is not subjected to cancellation.
